Sitting Writing Poetry

I am tired,

And wrestling in my soul

On holiday. I stay in the same

Room as my friends, but

While they are playing,

I am writing poetry on my laptop,

And think of things to say

Within my medium of choice.

I like to have a voice

Upon the digital page.

I think myself a sage,

Though my disciples are

But few. Thank you

For hearing my point of view.
