JAG (Jeff) Slater is a coach, speaker and author. His vision is:

He is a certified Coach (PGCert, University of Warwick; member of the Association for Coaching), an Accredited Spotlight (psychometric) Practitioner and an Agile Project Manager. Jeff has delivered talent development and recruitment programmes with world-leading brands incl. Google, Cisco, O2 Telefonica and the Civil Service. He is a Careers Coach with Warwick Business School (the University of Warwick), and focusses primarily on .

Jeff's experience includes working in the private digital technology education sector (QA Ltd, a global leader, and Multiverse, Europe's fastest-growing EdTech unicorn where he led operations improvements) in various functions, including HR/Learning & Development, consulting, procurement, recruitment and admissions, and customer experience. He has led operational and client service improvements and is a born super-connector. Jeff has worked in the talent development space for 10+ years.

Jeff has leadership experience as a charity trustee and has consulted for tech firms internationally. He led an AI (artificial intelligence) start-up through a deep tech incubator off the back of the Covid-19 pandemic. He has coached leaders at all levels across multiple sectors, unlocking their true narratives - internal and external - for their future success.

Creative

Every year Jeff tries to write a children's story for his nephews and nieces as a Christmas present. Some of these have been masterfully illustrated by his old schoolfriend Andrew Starritt and are available for purchase on Amazon.

Poetry and short stories are two of Jeff's other creative media. He has also dabbled in novels, plays and screenplays. Jeff's personal, spiritual reflections have also proved thought-provoking for many. Current output focusses on blogs, with a white paper in the works on educational reform and super-charging the UK economy for growth.

Personal

Jeff has come to a firm belief that we are all deeply loved. His Christian faith provides a major source of inspiration to him. He hopes that his writing helps to express something of what living 'life in all its fulness' means, and that his coaching and speaking work delivers narrative-shifting for people everywhere: both internal (the - often false or unhelpful - stories they tell themselves, leading to crises of confidence) and external (the stories of their lives, careers and relationships.)
