Jeffrey A. G. Slater is a poet and author. He dates his first poem as being written at the age of around 6,  on the edge of the English Lake District. It was about birds, trees and an apocalyptic future. One might say he's never looked back.

Every year Jeff writes a children's story for his nephews and nieces as a Christmas present. Some of these have been masterfully illustrated by his old schoolfriend Andrew Starritt and are available for purchase on Amazon.

Poetry and short stories are two of Jeff's media. He has also dabbled in novels, plays and screenplays. Jeff's personal, spiritual reflections have also proved thought-provoking for many.

Jeff’s Christian faith is a major source of inspiration to him. He hopes that his writing helps to express something of what living 'life in all its fulness' means.
